My Story

I believe in providing therapy in a way that feels genuine, relatable and relevant. I feel if I am asking you to show up and be seen I also must show up and be authentic with who I am in the room. I am committed to being honest with you while also holding strong professional boundaries. It is your time to be wherever you need to be and it is my job to create a space that builds trust and safety.

I have been working in the mental health and eating disorder field for over fifteen years. Much of my career has been spent working for treatment centers in admissions and business development focused on helping patients and families access appropriate care. In addition, I have worked in private practice working with individuals, families and couples dealing with a variety of issues from eating disorders, mood disorders, codependency and addiction.

Therapy takes courage and vulnerability but it can also play an important role in understanding and knowing oneself which can lead to a more fulfilling, connected life.

Out of the office, I am usually juggling (literally) kids...I have three kids, twins and their big brother. We are usually always out and about trying to keep them entertained and enjoying quality family time. If I am not on a sports field or dance class with my kiddos, then I can usually be found at Target, playing volleyball, grabbing coffee with my husband or hanging out with my mom tribe. Just like everyone else, I am doing my best to juggle my chaotic life.

I am so grateful for this beautiful, messy life. I am always learning and always humbled.

If you have more questions about me, just ask.
