Finding the right therapist is an important part of your healing journey. I believe that feeling comfortable, understood, and supported creates the foundation for meaningful change. I invite you to learn a little more about my background, therapeutic approach, and what you can expect when working with me.
My Story
Healing begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore life's challenges, strengthen their resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to meet clients where they are, recognizing that each person's experiences, values, and goals are unique. Together, we identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward creating lasting improvements in emotional well-being and daily functioning.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life's transitions, struggling with anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or working toward personal growth, I will work hard to provide a safe, affirming environment where you can feel supported throughout your therapeutic journey. I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and authentic.
